pool of 25 x 8 meters
is surrounded by many out-door

About The Villa
When the first Dutch ship
arrived in Bali in the late 16th
century, the entire crew
abandoned ship and took up
residence on the island,
refusing to leave. They had
found paradise!! We discovered
Bali a few hundred years later
but we had arrived by plane
instead. Bali has changed since
then but has still retained its
charm. We felt the same magic
and wished to settle down here
and never leave again!
And what seemed at first like
a dream has worked out. It was
so easy to find a reason to stay
because we found this beautiful
house with a unique atmosphere;
architecture and we fell in love
with Bali and the Balinese. Of
course family and friends came
to visit. And they were thrilled
with the charm of staying in our
home, the staff and the outdoor
living-style. Bali! It became
logical to have other people in
our house during our absence. It
even made more sense to rent it
out. And it became our pleasure
to enhance their stay with the
best service.
A stay with personalized hotel

commercial add on expenses or
schedule to keep up with. Great
ideas and opportunities never
happen overnight.
Short Description:
Built in : renovated 2005
Pool : 25 x 8 meters
Floor plan : There is a main
building with two storeys and
there are two separate guest
bungalows in the garden located
at each end of the pool. The
Main house consists of a kitchen
and living-area downstairs with
a large veranda in front of the
total length of the house. There
is a separate TV/computer and
lounge area in the middle. A
smaller bedroom is also down
stairs with separate bathroom
facilities. The large upstairs
floor is divided into two
(double bed) bedrooms and they
each have a separate bathroom
(shower) and relax corner
overlooking the pool, river and
sea. The guests bungalows each
have a bedroom and a bathroom.
They also have a private relax
porch in front of the bungalows
overlooking the pool and river.
AC : Yes, in the lounge/tv room
Sleeps : 10 guests
Staff : Two house-keeping staff,
one pool attendant/gardener and
two security in the evening. A
cook on request.
Internet : yes, 24 hours

channels
